Had a fall at

Last Sunday I had a fall land on my knee now I'm of out work for 2,4,6 weeks.
Been a hard week, luckily I only cracked the knee cap, and only that.
Little things in life are hard to do when you can't bend your knee!
But won't hurt to much, I have money saved for 1 year
If things work out and hope to be back to after 5 jan

keep track of it everyday, my gpms tells me how many times I'm stop and not moving
when you live in Hampton roads VA
there are a lot of red lights and more being add all time
seems like I hit every red light and less not talk about the lefts turns

reading a lot , watching old movies, writing a book, calling it tall tales and short storys by George
feeling much better doesn't hurt

Went to dr's today off of brace, now 4 week's of pt 3 times a week
4 more weeks working on book 22 short stories
Back to dr's 2 feb then see what's next

Today was great day drove car to pt, they were happy with what I could do
Now three times a week for pt for 3 weeks
Plus swimming to
Still working on book, now 28 chapters

Pt today, I think people that help you at pt were drill stg in prior life
Did great in pt

today was great at pt, hit one of goals , now have to work on couple more things, 2 weeks of pt left

took my sprinter van to pt to day, and they work that in to work out, so I should be back on road soon

they wanted to see what I had to do , get in and out of van
so one more goal done
