Even if this post is acceptable, [the classified ads are there for a reason, which is to keep them out of general conversation], starting an identical thread in 2 forums is bad form. It splits the replies and confuses people who want to follow it.
Maybe FedEx is where you should be asking the question, if that's where the team is going to be. Don't they have recruiters who might help?

If you are not concerned with experience you could try your local truck driver training school.

Another thought. A couple I met were recruited at a truck stop. They were driving TT for a large carrier and approached in the fuel aisle by an owner. He just gave them a card and told them if they wanted to make more and drive less to give him a call.

I would think their recruiting department could round up someone for you? I thought they had something awhile back if you pay them a grand they find you someone?

I thought they may be other websites like expediters online ?

Please read the Code of Conduct, where you will see why, if there are other "websites like expediters online", it is not something you can expect to be answered in a public post. [Hint: Does Target post ads for Kohl's?]
The Code of Conduct also mentions duplicate posts, and why they're not a good idea.
Even though I think there should not be posts looking for drivers/owners/trucks/whatever in the threads, [why bother with classified ads, if it can be posted? and if they're ok, how many, before a forum is no longer what it's supposed to be?] I offered one suggestion: your carrier's recruiter. I don't know about FedEx, but other carriers' recruiters often know of drivers looking for a truck, and that seems a logical place to ask. Did you try that?
