Looking for a good company. I recommend ground flight, they are out of glascow,ky. I know they are still looking for box trucks, as well as van & sprinters. David brown is one of the owners. He's a heck of a nice guy. They have a open door policy. So you can call them any time with questions and they don't hassle you for callin. No q-com, and you get your pay within days ! Not weeks , like most companies.
Give david a call -tell him bob in van #643- told you to call.

Not familiar with them. The poster shows as a Bolt truck in their profile?

No money is mentioned, as far as the pay, deductions, etc...Lay it all on the line, don't sugarcoat it.

I know a few other carriers that need to do the same thing.

Without naming names, there are quite a few.Not one is perfect. But what I was meaning by "lay it on the line, don't sugarcoat it" was let us know everything at once, Mr. Poster. And, yes, there are alot of companies that need to practice this also.

You'd think by now that carriers, and the recruiters and presidents thereof, would know that the one thing drivers will not put up with is being played games with, sugarcoating information, receiving misleading or obfuscating information, or being lied to either by a direct falsehood or a lie of omission.

When I was looking for a company to sign on with, that was the one thing that frustrated me the most.Being lied to, not being told the whole story. What is so hard about being honest in the first place? Isnt it easier and better to tell the truth, all of it, then to lie in the end to cover up other lies? I'd rather be crucifed for telling the truth than be crucified for lying.
