I have noticed that the Grocery Stores near clicky towns actually have much more selection for us over the road lazy cooks like myself. I do not bragg on being a chief in this truck but do enjoy a nice quick fix meal.

So I find those upscale shopping districts have a better selection of pre-made pasta salads, cucumber salads, etc... Meats are better and they usually have fresh bread and wonderfull prepared soups.

I cannot eat a sandwich without a side dish or two just does not seem like a meal.

Never thought of that but, it makes perfect sense. Thanks for the
head's up... I'll keep my eyes open for those areas. I usually stay
away from them as being too rich for my blood.

If you are looking for a fun place to shop when in Atlanta you might try Harry's Farmers market. Its a huge place like a super walmart full of fresh fruit with lots of free samples ( like 20 differnt types of pineapple). Plus alot of weird looking fruit/Veggies I never saw before.

Breads, soups all types of seafood both alive and on ice and packaged ethnic foods. I cant remember the exact address but its off the GA 400 expressway, I'm sure they have a website.

Also Ikea opened a new store in Atlanta in July a great place to get breakfast in their resturant at 99 cents and then go buy some stuffed toys or forks.
