"Some percentage program where you don't know what you're making before you accept load"? That's just nuts!
I work for a percentage, and dispatch tells me exactly what the load will pay before I decide - wouldn't do it otherwise - who would?

I agree... I pay $100 for insurance and zero for QC fees. I'd rather pay the QC fees and be working for a real carrier that can get me real paying loads. I'm still researching the right one that doesn't have forced dispatch or some percentage program where you don't know what you're making before you accept load. Who has the lowest QC fees? If your insurance and QC fees are $240 that is $60 less then the rate panther charges $75 a week/$300 a month. I need lower QC fees and non forced dispatch, anyone have any good ideas or advice on carrier to choose?

I need a carrier that has a in house insurance and QC package like Panther

That's a great price on insurance for an independent. You would be doing everyone here a service if you let them know who your provider is.

You obviously weren't reading the threads from the "I don't ask how much. I just trust it'll all even out." crowd.
