I ran into a minor but very annoying problem with the new box. If I ran the lift gate up all the way it would get jammed up under that box and had to be broken free using a 5' long breaker bar. I had today free so I ran the truck up to the Western Branch Diesel shop in Canton OH. They broke it free and then made and installed a couple of spacers to move the strike point of the liftgate stop so it no longer can get jammed. They had a guy on my truck for an hour. The cost of this repair? Zip. Nothing. NO CHARGE!! Thier reason? They say that they don't like to charge for silly things like that and that they know I will use them when I need real work done if they treat me right. They are right. If I ever need work when I am in this area I will go there. I was in there last year and they did a lot of work on my A/C, over 5 hours, could not fix it so they did not charge me. I also had very good service and a very fair charge at the Western Branch Diesel in Charlestown WV. I am very impressed with Western Branch Diesel.
