The Queen is worth around 420 MILLION bucks! She should provide her OWN security! What a waste of fine troops!
Nuthin like the murderous, incentuious families of Europe to boil the blood!
Khan, the Romans, Spain, France all great empires coated in blood and now America will fall like every empire before it....the blood spilled by America will run like water...

I have a lot of differences with OVM, but I don't think there was anything wrong or defamatory in his post. He's merely stating a fact--that all empires fall, and we have indeed become an empire. And our fall is coming, and coming quick. How long will America be able to continue in a form we recognize or consider decent? Don't know, but we've been in decline since the 60s, perhaps due to Madelyn Murray-O'Hare's hijinks. But the decline has been rather precipitous of late.
I say we've passed the point of no return. As much as I want the good times to return--freedom, privacy, plenty of jobs, domestic tranquillity, etc.--I don't see it happening. Too many people don't know what freedom and limited government are, and see nothing wrong with raiding other people's paychecks. And our culture is very humanistic, hostile to Christ now. Not much chance of that turning around without going through some hard times to make us see the light.
