It isn't amazing to think that this would happen after some of the crap that GM has pulled but there is a court case starting where two people are being charged with stealing trade secrets.
It would seem normal but here is an odd statement that is being made ...
"Theft of trade secrets is a threat to national security," Andrew Arena, head of the FBI in Detroit, said in a statement.
I can't consider it a national security issue for some reason. I understand why someone could say this but there isn't a threat against the country, nor is it a new weapons technology that was being sold and it is not like the consistent leaks from our press on actually national secrets.
I gathered from the two news reports I watched, the justice department has put extra effort into this case because it is a national car company.
