Getting a foot in the door and my butt in a seat

I thought having my class b for a few years was going to make it easy find a job. But with no OTR experience it is making it tuff. I would like to be solo in a straight truck because being a teammate with a stranger, I don't think would work out. Expediting doesn't seem to be a solo gig. I would be willing to drive a van but there doesn't seem to be any money in that. If I could make money doing that I would go buy a merc sprinter tomorrow.

You will have to team for at least 6 months and it will be a good learning tool also.
