fun facts i have found out
time spend at red lights, stop signs and trying to make left turns on avg 65 mins a day, 325 mins a week, 1,300 mins a month and a year 67,600 mins

That would be 46.94 days per year based on 24/7. I don't think that's right.

avg red light in hampton roads area takes 2.5 mins to come back to you

from my house to ceva station in richmond va
there are 10 red lights on route
from my house to 64 west 6 red lights takes 20 mins to interstate sitting at the red lights
and from ex in richmond to station takes 10 mins to station waitting at the red lights

and that's only half time

I think the monthly number was multiplied by 52 not by 12.

Ceva station is 25 miles from my house two red lights takes me about 35 to 45 due to Amish buggies, school buses, and one set of train tracks

that is why ups works on routes that turn right. they may sponsor a car but they know turning left all the time sux:D.
