I'm curious as to whether anyone uses a credit card that pays $ back to buy your fuel. I get these cc applications in the mail that say for every so much you spend you get so much back, something like discover card. Now, I'm assuming they hope you'll miss your payments and owe the ridiculous 19.9% late fee. I was just curious as to whether the credit card companies allow this to apply to a commercial application.
