I just recently changed to using Opti-Lube fuel additive with every fill up. I had been using Power Service in the grey bottle. I changed due to things that I read in here. I saw a 3/4 to 1 mpg increase in my fuel mileage after the second use and it continues. My engine runs much quieter as well, even my wife noticed how quiet it is.
I have run only one load since the nitrogen went in the tires. It was a light load, #800. I ran between 55 and 64 mph. When I filled up today I had 558 miles showing. I also ran my APU for about 10 hours. I put in 55.03 gallons. That works out to 10.1 mpg. Not bad. I am not sure about the nitrogen and the fuel mileage since it was such a light load. Todays load is #3000. We shall see. I was getting 9.5 to 10 with just the Opti-Lube before I put in the nigrogen and without running the APU. I will keep everyone posted. Layoutshooter
