Has anyone had any experience with a fuel mileage improvement device called Turbo3000. It is supposed to be a fluid dynamic inline device that reverses the flow of fule from clockwise to counter clockwise.
This is nturn creates improved atomization at the injector especially during throttle demand.

There claim is a minimum 10% increase in fuel economy.

Does anyone have any experience with this item?
