Fuel Economy Turbo 3000

Has anyone used or heard of the Turbo 3000, it is supposed to increase the atomization of diesel fuel so you don't get streaming from your injectors especially during acceleration. Therefore, increasing combustion, power, and fuel economy.
Is this another snake oil thing or has it worked for you?

I've commented on such products in the past and highly recommend you slow down a few miles per hour and save your hard earned money that way! A well tuned engine with fresh filters running good quality fuel and additives while reducing idle time will benefit you more in the long run. Just my opinion, based on fact. I've tried several of these style systems and so no additional fuel mileage. Progressive shifting and changing driving style is the way to go. Good luck.
