To be Honest i am willing to guess that 85% or more of today's Van Expediters would love to Average the Rates that WOM gets on All Miles .. plus extra for DH out of bad areas .It's dead out East too. Slowly some loads pop up, but you gotta bid low to get out of those areas to leave.
Ask WOM. He always get out of there, at what rate, that's another question.

If your company isn't on the top boards, then you definitely want to be where the most freight is located. That's Portland, Tacoma. But if you need to get to Michigan by the end of the week, you're 3 days away already. I'd start driving east on 84/80 and hope to pick something up along the way.
