To be fair, the GOP blasted the sign, as well.
I love some of the comments....
Martelle Daniels, who chairs the Mesa County Democratic Party, denounced the work as “racist” and “homophobic.“ ”It doesn’t incite any type of intelligent response to whatever they are trying to represent,” she further said.
Which is ironic considering her response and the response of those who volleyed death threats at the billboard owner (or at least he claims, through a friend, that they did).
I like this one, too...
Others are enraged at what they say is hate and disrespect. “Where do you draw the line? It just causes hatred and racism if you ask me,” says Cory Caldwell, who is offended by the billboard.
Offended. Offended, I tell you, by a cartoon. Offended.
The best one, though was this one...
Some argue that the image was not appropriate for public display. “If it offends people, you do have a certain obligation to take it down because little kids see that,” says Crystal Kitzman, who says she thought the sign was lewd.

If you look real close at the second rat from the right under the table, then look behind him, pretty much hidden is a rat with a lustful glint in his left eye. It so offended me that I had to put down my super strong magnifying glass! It is the one I use to look for offensive stuff. Just last week, I was offended by a grain of sand that resembled a nekkid woman taking a bath!!!!!
