found out what problem with my dezl 760 garmin was
help's when you spell street name right
works great now

Another problem is often the customer is outside the town.

The GPS can't know this if you are telling them it IS in the city/town.

Try using the zip code instead of the city name.

with new dezl 760 there is no place for zip code like in 465t

I just type it in where they ask for the city name. Try doing that.
