For CVers..Ill. tolls going up Jan 1st

In case someone hasn't noticed....tollways are increasing for cars only almost double...

what was .80 cash will be $1.50 cash,.. with transponder from .40 to .95.....

the ones that were a $1.00 will be 1.90 cash or was .50 will be .95 with transponder....

Set GPS to exclude tolls... Haven't paid an Illinois toll in a while and doesn't add much time.

Just another increase in the cost of doing business...I am certainly not going avoid the toll roads....

I was hinting that anyone who does not have a transponder might get themselves one for Christmas...

I am preety sure it sayes "4 wheels"....not a "Car", but I could be wrong...as for toll increases, mine went up the day I bought the cargo max, because of the height...as i said, just another increase in the cost of doing business...and it is deductable also...

Yeah, just pay what they tell ya. It's only money. Or you could just spend more in fuel by doing the stop and go on side roads.

Thats it...and beyond that, if i actually took the time to file for it each week, Load 1 pays all of our tolls...but, i am too lazy to do the paper work, so i just add my statements at the end of the year and deduct them....
