Meet the new boss, same as the old boss. In terms of being truly meaningful, this is most likely a non-event.

But of COURSE nothing "meaningful" will take place, government is in charge. Their ONLY concerns are making their own pockets fatter and satisfying those who pay their way. Safety is a non-issue.

Next time around we could use a person who listens less and hears more. With Ferro, she made a big show of and put a lot of time into listening to drivers but based on her actions, she did not hear a thing.

She listened to who was paying her. EVERYTHING involved in government regulation is about show, control, and the "big bucks".
