If you are unable to attend the listening session on January 28 in Davenport, Iowa in person, but wish to view the proceedings and submit comments through the Internet, the FMCSA will Webcast the entire event starting at 1 p.m. CST. Please follow the instructions below to test your Internet connection and computer in advance of the Webcast:
