Flooding Closes I-80 in Iowa

Southern IN, US 50 at the IL border.
What a MESS. Complete Farms either under water Homes, Barns evrything you name it or small ISLANDS with half of the buildings underwater.
Every road I took to go to my stop CLOSED. Had to detour over 50 miles and the signs were terrible one road gave me no where to turn around and had to back up over a half a mile that took about an hour with cars and all. I called to police to ask for assitance NO HELP.

Thursday and into Friday I-94 between Milwaukee and Madison was closed. I-94/90 both directions was closed at mm 69 at Mauston, WI. I-39 was closed near Portage, Wi. And I got caught in the U.S. 41 closure south of Oshkosh.
This weekend I am mounting my roof racks, tossing the canoe on and will head out to practice the High Water Reaction Drill.
Guess I'll be doing this one solo. Jack I miss you!
