fleet owners i need a driver agreement form please

i am going to put on another vehicle soon with panther and am seeing if any of you fleet owners would part with a lease or driver agreementa form... i would use it as a guide line..i talked to a attorney and he suggested i get one from a fleet owner to use as a example..or as a guideline....any help would be appreciated...email is [email protected] or if you could send one i would be more then happy to reimburse for the form thanks very much brian

seeing that you said your putting on ANOTHER vehicle im guessing you had a form? I'm glad im not driving for you, you might lose my paycheck too, or even the pay sheets to see what im suppose to be paid!!!

I know I am going to hear it again but get a laywer to write up the agreement - don't be a cheap *******. Every relationship is different and every situation is different.

Ditto on Gregg. You would serve yourself well to obtain your own council. That way the documents can have the language in them specific to your business.

i would like to thank the owner who is providing the 2 different copy types, to be used as a guide, so i no what to have in a lease, once again thank you, i also wanna thank the people who posted above this message for nothing..if i wanted crapp replies, i woulda asked for them..it seems in any business every once in awhile somebody slips thru the system, and i see from the replies above at least one of them did

It's understandable to want to see something to use as a framework. But if you come up with a contract of your own and don't run it by a lawyer, that would be very foolish. The advice to seek council is anything but crap advice.
