I have seen the new fdcc add for a flat rate pay scale. could I get some thought's on this. does it really cut back on earning potential or just make you a better business person with more thought on load acceptance. And do they offer more cent's per mile if load is haz-mat,reefer,lift-gate, white-glove, dod. above the flat rate? Was there a large jump from ship with this new plan or just the normal turn over of people fom retirement, quiter's, being fired, accidents,and all the other reason's.
