I would recommend staying away from this resturant for the time being.
It took 55 minutes to have 2 sandwiches served. Then my partner discovered her grilled chicken was not cooked all the way through.

Our waitress was very nice and took the bad sandwich off our bill.she also allowed her to grab something off the buffet,no charge.By that time we were starved beyond belief.

The waitress explained that the manager went home early that day saying she didnt think they would be busy. She did this knowing they were 1 person short. She also said if we are ever there when this manager is around,we will know her because she is the one who is allways yelling.

We sent a E-Mail to FJ outlining our experiance. We have also sent them praise for good treatment. They usally respond.

Having said that we still prefer the FJ.Today we are at FJ Oak Creek Wi. The food and service was great.

I'm not sure I've ever ordered off the menu. I always have the buffet because it's quick and I can look before I decide to be sure I want it. I'd have probably been insane before 55 minutes were up. It was good of them to offer the buffet as compensation. Sounds like they may need a new manager too.

I've found all Flying J's to be understaffed . It's annoying to pay at the pump at the RV pumps , thenhave to go in for a receipt . There are usually at leat 4 or 5 people in line at each register and the cashier keeps leaving the register to get info from people at the pumps . At least I no longer have to deal with Pilots . Ever been in a Pilt when a Grayhound rolled in ?
