Umm...drone strikes using cell phone data? Interesting. This kinda dovetails into a current case where they are debating on how to take a American terrorist out on foreign soil.
Who decides he is a terrorist if he hasn't done anything as of yet? Scary stuff when you start to look under the veil.
Who and what defines a terrorist if nothing has happened?
The way it is being presented, anyone can be a terrorist.

I imagine others will ... it's news.

Here's what to expect though in coming days: There will be an effort to push back by the USG thru the official stenographer class in DC ... we'll probably be treated to all sorts of attempts to smear those involved in publishing this stuff as "really bad people" ... when, in fact, they are doing precisely what the Founders contemplated in implementing the First Ammendment: making it possible for the citizenry to hold government accountable.

I tried to view the site earlier this afternoon, think it got blown up by all the hits, lol. [I had "The First Look" on a post it note stuck where I would remember to keep checking for it, for a week already!]

PS We have good reason to be scared, considering how many things fall under the umbrella of terrorism - I have a memory of a mother who spanked her unruly toddler on an airplane being charged under the terrorism laws....
