[FONT="]All FedEx Custom Critical trucks must comply with federal requirements of § 393.95 to carry a fire extinguisher with an Underwriters Laboratory rating of 10 B:C, or more. The fire extinguisher must be designed, constructed, and maintained to permit visual determination of whether it is fully charged. It must be filled and located so that it is readily accessible for use. The extinguisher must be securely mounted to prevent sliding, rolling, or vertical movement relative to the motor vehicle. A fire extinguisher located in a key locked tool or belly box outside the cab is not considered readily accessible. Drivers receiving a citation concerning a fire extinguisher are subject to 2 severity weight points[/FONT]
