I've been waiting ages to post this but had to wait to it was filed in court and be made public. Hope everyone got a chance to read that, I just don't want it lingering around here, just enough time for everyone to read it. Thanks for the responses.

Congrats.
I think it is great that you won. I get tired of ripoff artist owners who give the decent ones a bad name. I hope you collect every penny.
Forgot to ask....was the owner there? Might be a story there.

Well I haven't won yet, this is the case as filed - they have bout 20 days left to respond, if they don't I get whats listed, if they do - we can settle or goto jury.

Good for you. I just hope you are able to get it transformed from judgement to cash in your pocket. A bum like that will do anything to avoid paying the judgement. Good luck.

After reading the article about the Mayoral race, not to beat up on the people of Medina but where are the ethics of the people? The only thing that he is good for is picking up garbage on the side of the road as part of a work release program.

Oh I just realized he sounds like he is trying to ba a Coleman A Young - everything he is doing is in line with the Great Coleman A Young except he isn't buying Krugerrands during a federal embargo on SA gold.

The other thing is everyone has to throw in "we sent down a truck load of stuff" - boy distract everyone with that.

Well I hope you win, I like to see someone like this hurt where it counts.

Jim/James was a great friend of mine before everything went south. I knew he was maybor but some of the other stuff on there I would never think he would do. But the budget issues, son like father I guess.
