How do you find out what o/o's are looking for drivers? Will the big companies (Fed Ex, Landstar, etc.) connect you? Also, what is meant when people say they are "qualified" to drive for whatever company? If you're driving for an o/o, do you still have to be qualified? Thanks for any help.

I know when I was with FedEx they could help you connect with a fleet owner in your area. You still have to meet their (or any) companies qualifications. They differ a little place to place.
