FedexCC

A few weeks ago I commented in a thread that I was disappointed in not receiving any type of recognition plus a Good By and Good Luck from FedexCC after almost 20 yaers.

Well I was wrong and want to let the EO world know that I received a very gracious phone call from KB in Contractor Relations. She explained that it was simply due to various folks being away on vacation. Today I received a package of Fedex items plus a Good Luck card signed by many good people from Green.

So, I want to publicly say I was wrong in my feelings and hope that all FedexCC contractors and drivers will realize that in spite of the numbers,you are not a number to them. I have many positive pleasant memories of my dealings with FedexCC and could probably count on one hand the negatives.

Ditto for us Rich and thanks for the update..
They aren't perfect at the Fed but are better than some, as for us no complaints.

Thanks for the update on FedEx Rich. You have renewed our faith in FedEx!! You deserve a lot of recognition for everything you have done over the years and I know they are going to miss you!!

I second what dave said rich,you definately deserve the recognition for putting up with what this job can throw at you for as long as you did.Good luck to you and pull up an easy chair,and grab a cold one.....IT'S FOOTBALL SEASON!!!!. DDX2

Thanks for the up date Rich. I was going to say that is very much unlike FedEx Custom Critical. I know when my Father past away I got many Different calls from FedEx and they even sent Flowers to the showing, which I thought was very nice of them.

I hope after 20 years things will be different than they were after our first year. We sent Hickory Farms gift baskets to the dispatchers, coordinators, recruiting and saftey. We did not receive one thank you. Our recruiter, Marc Hodge, was on vacaion and knew nothing about it when he returned after the new year, we will excuse him for that.

but anyway, congrats Rich, I'm glad you feel better and glad you made your feelings known.

Rich has helped many of people with his years of service I am sure of that. He has been a big plus here on EO. Thank you FECC for honoring his time and committment to this industry.
