fecc hazmat detention pay

here is the story. short and sweet. i took a load and the consignee refused it. long story but it was the shippers fault. confirmed delivery for 8am saturday morning. the shipper doesnt open till 9am monday morning. it is now 5pm sunday and i am still waiting with the load on my truck. what is the detention pay? can anyone figure this up. i tried and got different numbers. before you ask..yes i am authorized detention even though i moved from the delivery location.

Only get detention for 8 hours a day, nothing extra for haz-mat. they also get some free time which has to be figured in, D-time is the x factor (unknown exactly how it is figured, kinda like dry run pay)
