I don't know him, but he seems like a very smart man. I admire the way he can say things to people without ever coming off rude and a "better than you" attitude. Seems nice and gentle in nature. Don't see that in too many people these days.

Dave, how do you deal with all the people that approach you and want you to buy their trucks

We get PM's and emails several times a week with folks that want to get out from under a vehicle. 9 out of 10 are a situation of distress for a variety of reasons.
Most are upside down in the equity, forced departure from health or personal issues, or fleet owners that are sinking because they overextended themselves.
I sympathasize with their situations and do the best I can if possible to look at ALL of their options and give the best advice for their individual circumstances. Sometimes there are many options, and frankly, sometimes there is not.
The most distressing are the ones that have health issues, a spouse dies, and the ones that mortgaged against a home and would face loosing it.
