You are right on the state. We are talking with a company right now about it. Of course I am not sure the police in Taylor would bust us, lol. But, it is better to do it on the up and up.

That's why I think in your case they will not say much if anything, the state has a list of qualified vendors by the way.

Layout, you haven't been caught. The state is anal about licensing a non-profit event and competition with the lottery.

We get all permits etc. We have been doing these kinds of fund raisers for years. An outside vendor is an added cost and cuts down on profits. It is a little more work but it always pays off.

Maybe in this case it would be worth it since it takes a lot of time and effort to do it on your own, and without the benefit of a large organization to help, the work load and time envolved might make it too difficult to pull off in a short time.
