There was talk last year of having an E.O. Hospitality tent outside were we could cook out etc. Anyone heard anything on this? Time to start making plans for our "cookouts". Let's make this a GREAT Expo!!

Assuming nothing changes we will be there and we do have a large charcoal grill that we will bring. It is about the size of a 40 gallon drum. It cooks GREAT!!! We will need more than that one.
When time gets closer we can start to post what we all plan on bringing for food.
Hope as many as can shows up!! Sounds like a GREAT Expo brewing!!!

Believe me, I'll be there with the party-in-a-box-truck. Glad to hear there'll be additional grills this year. Mine was loaded up last year. Looking forward to seeing everyone.

One of the things mentioned on another thread is to have a book and movie exchange. Bring in what you have and see if there are any you haven't read or watched. Any left over at the end of the show can be retrieved by their original owner or will be donated to Goodwill or The Salvation Army.

Jeanie, thanks for reminding me to look thru my hundreds of books at home. I could stand to shorten my collection by a few.
We have a grill with us, but its a little Coleman Camp stove, can't fit much on there. But we will be making a big pot of Jenny's mac & cheese this time, not like at MATS where the mac & cheese ran out in 5 mins.
