Expediters Hall of Fame web site shut down.

The Expediters Hall of Fame Website was shut down last night as we had hoped to be at this years Expedite Expo. That never came about with the people that put on the Expedite Expo. We filled out all the paperwork in hopes of getting a booth for the Expo, but nothing ever happened. As it stands now the EHOF as some call it, only has one member Jeff Jensen. His award will be sent to his family as the EHOF doesn't own a building to house things at this time.

I would like to thank all of the people that wanted to see this happen. I feel at this time in my life this needs to be handled by someone else and I'm sorry.

Yes, you did SAY that IF all the booths wasn't sold you would let us have one at NO cost to the EHOF. You was also offered both websites domain names that have been paid for by my company and even sent the passwords to the sites and done nothing to help to site. The site has got more talk on another site that was started a few months ago than EO. Jim our Vp Operations filled out the paperwork faxed it over to Ontime Media almost 2 months ago. Which Jim called your office to make sure you received the faxed paperwork. I have sent you "Lawrence" and Dale (Dreamer) e-mails in regards to this matter with one in return that had NOTHING to do with the EHOF. If you was planning a booth for The EHOF then why isn't it listed on the Expo website? We haven't been called, e-mailed, faxed, or sent a letter in the mail.

Lawrence I have helped promote Expediters Online since you started it up. The Expediters Hall of Fame don't seem that important to Ontime Media or you. Yes this is a BUSINESS site, we all understand that. But the drivers are the ones that come to the site so your paying customers pay the bills. You as a driver at one time should understand that. So with no help or response from you I made the choice to close the site down as I have to deal with personal things in my life and the site would just sit there.

I'm not trying to bash you, I'm just telling the facts. There may be many reason you didn't respond to e-mails. Maybe you didn't get them I don't know, but I do know your office got the paperwork for the Expedite Expo.

For my part ..... doing a job well never did require a special recognition .... success is it's own reward ....but what do I know?

Xiggi That is not the case, As I stated before I have some personal things in my own life that I have to deal with. Nobody has offered to help with this project and some even hated the thought of a EHOF. Ontime Media has been ask to take over the site and the promotion of the site since it started up. I'm willing to give the site to Ontime Media for free. I had a lot of time and some money put into this project and nobody liked or wanted a EHOF but GEO it seemed. This subject is closed with me. Those of you can say what you want, but I didn't see anyone other than OVM offer to help. Statement are like a**holes, everyone got one.
