Expedite Expo Question???

We are considering coming to the Expo in July with our 20 year old son who is autistic. He won't be able to stand for the whole time and will need an area for him to take breaks... (We know the hotel is sold out so we can't have a room close by.) Is there any places inside the hall for him to sit down or right outside the hall in a lobby area for him to sit and get on his laptop??? Do they have wifi at the hall???

Yes, there is an area where food is sold and other places with chairs.

Oy yes. There are plush couches and chairs in the hall and lobby of the hotel

That area is quiet and behind the show curtains. Tables and chairs. The hotel is attached. Many were using their laptops last year. He probably would really enjoy Jack Hanna this year. The outdoor truck exhibit is fabulous too.

I don't know about wifi but they do have some nice areas to relax as others have mentioned. Also, EO usually has a few chairs in their area as well.

Another issue: on the Expo website FAQ, the question of dogs states that only guide dogs are permitted. I hope people understand that means inside the Roberts Center - outside, dogs are welcome. Keep in mind though, it's usually very hot, so they'll need someplace to stay cool, and they should always be on a leash - not everyone welcomes the 'hugs & kisses' of a Newfie, lol.

The place also is not a big city convention hall so it only takes a couple minutes to get away from the crowd. It is a nice size just not ginormus.
