Expedite Expo Expedite Expo 2006

I'm excited!

Yesterday I attended a meeting with the EO management and staff. We discussed and reviewed the plans and agenda for Expedite Expo 2006 and, in keeping with our five year tradition of helping to promote expediting at the Expo, Rene' and I have agreed to assist once again.

This years venue is a major departure from the out of doors location in the past. This year we'll be requiring all attendees to either pre-register or register at the door, and for this effort, we could sure use some volunteer help. We'll also need some help to assist folks with directions and show information. We trust that there are plenty of members willing to help make Expedite Expo the best ever, so I have agreed to coordinate the volunteer effort.

A crew of 20 folks, each helping about four hours, would make a great 'Team Expo' and show the folks interested in expediting that we are proud of what we do and are pleased to share our experiences.

We're well on our way with four volunteers; those of you that would like to join us please e-mail me or send a PM. Please indicate a time frame that's good for you: Friday Morning, Friday Afternoon, Saturday Morning or Saturday Afternoon.

Sounds like fun. I worked a lot of shows in my past life. It's hard to plan that far ahead anymore but it shouldn't be. I'll help when and where you need me.
