I use Evernote for all my files. I also use it to scan BOL'S and email them in. Just a thought for some drivers to use. It's on all platforms. iOS android etc.

We're using it to keep track of truck maintenance, receipts for taxes, note safe places to park for the night and places we want to explore further someday, restaurants to revisit, etc. We also have a public notebook that we use as a blog so the kids can see what we're up to, but people without the notebook link can't find.
Evernote rocks. If we ever go over the free limit, I'll gladly spend the $45 annual fee for more storage. I love that it's sync'd across all platforms and I can post from my smartphone, tablet, or laptop.

Yes I agree I use it for business and personal. I save everything almost paperless. I'm a business user, well worth it. For most people the free is all they need. Glad to hear other are using it. It sure makes things easier and organized.
