Has anyone out there experienced not having their escrow/security deposit not returned from Try Hours, Inc. after the 45 day period from termination of their contract ? If so, I'd like to hear from you.
I had simular problem with another co.bottom line,they had frozen funds,pending any claims resulling from an accident that had occoured months earlier.the accident was not our fault,however this made no difference to them.(a four wheller driver fell asleep and rammed rear of our trk}.I was able to talk the co.into releasing funds after I was able to reach the right person w/my story.
If you can't get the money back through the channels at Try Hours, and are not an OOIDA member, join OOIDA and contact them about the escro not being returned to you. They are very helpful with those issues.

as weave said join ooida and they will go after the company,you can join ooida over the phone and person you want to talk to is gary green and tell him geo said to call and they will help you out even if you said geo said to call,go to there web site and that will give you the number to call landline
