Endless Winter

We saw a sign posted at a church recently that said, "Easter Eggstravaganza!" It was a great reminder that this endless winter is really coming to an end. It WILL be Spring soon! Of course we were driving in the snow and ice when we saw the sign but still...

We received a load offer for Laredo and we jumped on it just to get out of the ice and snow for a couple days. I just looked at the weather and I think we will sit tight for the rest of the weekend. I keep telling myself that spring will be here before you know it but .....

We just delivered a load near Hattiesburg, MS. When we parked, it was a beautiful evening so we opened up 1 of the windows and turned our exhaust fan on and the best part of it all, was just before I fell asleep, I could hear the cricket's in the distance. To me, that is a beautiful sound and a sure sign of Spring.

In the morning I was telling Jim about it and told him I think Spring has sprung for MS. It's too bad it hasn't sprung up North!

I have Jonquils and forsythia blooming in my yard in GA. Grass is turning green and
it has been a beautiful day today.
