Email Change

I tried to change my email address and I end up in a loop. I am registered for the Open Forum, but when I go to "user CP" to change my email address it takes me to the Classified Section. When I click sign in, it tells me to register. When I try register and it says, my username is is already in use. How the heck do I change my email address?

Oh yeah, I've already cleared cookies etc....
