...Agreed....But lets stop having lower income from having to add in disability payments, unemployment insurance or SS payment into income for the effect of lowering any rebates....they may not be taxable per say but does lower the rebate check...

and thats why we are talking minimum wage.... I was for the most part...

Well boil down any gov program (including SS) and if they just let us keep the money, nobody would need the program. Of course, gov survives off the administration of those "helpful" programs

That's not a solution to somebody that's been contributing for 45 years of course. No danger its going away short of a global meltdown we've never seen before.
