E-track size

Is e-track all one size [DEPTH]? Is it all 1/2 in deep? I found some that is about 5 in wide.Is this width standard? Does the same size go on both the floor and walls?

Yes all one size.

Vango: Some E-Track has vertical slots, running lengthwise, and some have horizontal slots. The vertical is narrower, and lighter with less slots, than the other. In a van, you'd be happier with the horizontal. I've only seen it in 10' lengths.
