let me ask u this if u want to keep ur cdl don't u think u would do everything the doctor and the company want you to do. well I think so PANTHER so y lie and this happen 13 years ago and you are still telling this lie wear is the paperwork that said I didn't take a drug test where is the proof. u to have it right so tell me or quit telling the lie. anything I hate is a liar,

You are exactly rite Turtle. Seems to think he is talking directly to Panther.

On the flip side Clergyman, you mention this happened 13 years ago. I am sure 13 years ago when the test did not turn up, they accused you of not showing up. Why did you not just provide them your copy of the test to prove you did show up. Then if the testing facility or in house tester could not produce the sample all you had to do was provide another. If you did not see to it you received your copy, even though they are suppose to give it to you, then that is your fault. As said, complaining about it here will be of no use to you. Your post should have been formed in a question asking how to deal with this situation or has anyone ever had this happen. Since 13 years have passed im sure the paper trail has disappeared unless you do have your copy for proof. maybe you would like to elaborate on the situation with complete words and sentences so we all might be more inclined to help you.

Hate is too strong a word, but I definitely dislike posts like this: semiliterate accusations of a cryptic nature, delivered to the wrong audience. A total waste of time for all involved.

OK, got a question. I'm not a clergyman but I am a Christian. So, how come this is still breathing fire 13 years later? It's way past time this should have been buried.

Clergyman, are you still working for Panther? If so, why not take it up with the powers-that-be there? If not--- if, for example, you've left trucking to take up full-time pastoring, why not just bury the hatchet and let it die? We're supposed to forgive, not remain prisoner to our own grievances for decades on end.
