Curious if anyone here is looking to climb out of their road tractor and instead of trying to sell which now a days is quite difficult with economy allow an operator with a LOI in hand from a carrier the opportunity to utilize a truck they can hold note on while payment plus possible revenue share is made. I am seeking more than one unit asap. 20 years experience driver and past o/o here that has been in management for years now but due to opportunity chosen to go back into driving.:)

Please drop me a note that will come directly to my blackberry if you or someone you know may be interested in this option.

*** Please if this is not the area to post a message like this accept my appology***

what you are looking for is an "Owner financed' agreement ,which is a lose/lose situation in most cases ,so stay away from that option if you can .
yet ,if you must - get a lawyer to sign for it ,and make dern sure YOU have a way out !

Thanks for the feedback and I am aware this is not an "ideal" option but the opportunity is like right now and alot quicker than I anticipated but the dealer I was working with wants more time as an O/O before they will finance... Can we say a rock and a hard place it seems... Opportunity but no truck....YET

Ain't this some special "stuff"?? Make sure you have a way OUT, not IN. Can't believe the shirkers these days that suggest OUT! People shouldn't get IN, if'n they worry bout OUT......unless they be, a roast goose hunter. Whatca tink??

Any more input out there? Pro or Con? Agree with the last though as definately once I find the "in" will then do what it takes to keep it working for sure....

I must be the exception. Mine was a win-win. Still is... to this day.

The haste concerns me though....for either side.
