It is with great pleasure (and sadness) that after 3 years with us, our sprinter driver Mark has purchased his own vehicle and is now an owner operator.

We wish him every success.

Anyone looking for a seat there is an ad in the classifieds LOL

Isn't that a problem for fleet owners ?
Many of the better, more aggressive drivers move up to ownership.

You can't hold them back, but just as you're feeling you're on cruise control, they move on and you're back to square one ?

Maybe not that dramatic as you have the vehicle and the carrier relationship.
Still a sad situation to start a new driver.

I would like to thank everyone who replied to the ad for a sprinter driver.

We are happy to announce that we have found our new team member, who will be in orientation on Monday :)

But if you treat them well, and teach them not to take cheap freight, it comes back to you.

I'm a firm believer in KARMA. You show them everything you know, and yea maybe they move on but you helped them along the way.
