Driver Contract Example Needed

Any chance of someone having an example of a contract I could look at? Looking into stepping up a notch, becoming a small fleet owner. Although I'm looking just at D-units now, I've got to wonder if a single-operator 1-ton cargo van is profitable to the owner and driver.

What are some of the things to pay particular attention to? (Driver input welcome here for sure) Steer me through the pitfalls before I fall in.

I know I don't post much on this board, but let me take a minute and say that without it, and the fine advice I've found here, I probably wouldn't be in Expediting today. This board is on top of the business.
