you pick up a 3200 lb skid..say a die to go air....the skid is 24x24 with 1" runners on bottom.....you get to the air carrier..they refuse your shipment leaving you hold the bag....why?
Because the load bearing weight can't be more then 65 lb per square inch....on a commercial aircraft.
This is just a sample..it has happened to me....
You get to Burlington Vermont airport...with a box that is 36 x36 and it is refused.....Why?
Because those little jumper craft only have a 32" opening for cargo.....and they won't put it in with passengers....
If you or your carrier doesn't know any of these facts you are NOT an expert at air cargo....
