Does Panther Force Canada

Panther can not, and does not, force you to go anywhere. They do, however, penalize you for refusing to go to Canada, by decreasing your CPM rate by .02, I believe. The penalty does not apply for refusing one or two loads, but a blanket refusal to go. I'm not sure when that point is reached, if one simply turns down every offer to Canada, but what I've heard is a quarterly period. Maybe someone who knows for sure will post it, otherwise you need to call Panther recruiting to get the facts.

In their last newsletter they mentioned letting go people who have an acceptance rate of under 40%.So if you will not go to Canada you definatly need to tell them, so they can put you on the no CND list.That way if you get offered a CND load and refuse it it will not count against your acceptance rate.
The northeast is a big area for Panther.They get a lot of load offers going to and from that area.So by refusing all of them you could quickly reach the 40% acceptance rate.
