i now have a dock high sprinter
your wondering how do you make a dock high sprinter
add pallets to raise the load up to height you need than
push it to back

need 5 pallets to raise it to right height
last night had to raise it one more pallet high as they can't reach that from the dock
so took 4 straps and put under the pallet and than put the ends of strap in etrack than worked the strap to height need to put the pallet under the load to make it dock high
my model is if i can get it on i can get it off

Try sticking 5 pallets under freight that's already 68 inches tall.

I have had it happen a couple of times where I was delivering to a dock high facility, and the only way to get the freight out was to place an empty pallet on top of the freight, then secure the empty top pallet to the bottom pallet with metal banding or lashing straps, then have the forklift go into the upper pallet and raise up and suspend the freight while I drove forward with the forklift holding onto the freight. Once I was clear, the forklift raised the freight up and placed it on the dock. Easy.

i like both geo and turtle's ideas. I don't look forward to using them but good to have in the bag of tricks.
