Sprinters are the same the only difference is cosmetic, grill, label that type of thing. Only Mercedes and Freightliner sell new ones, Dodge no longer is a dealer.
mechanically nothing...just appearance trim , now is if you are comparing the same yrs of trucks against each other..and you can add MB sprinters to that list also, the same trucks, just a different name tag...
Xiggi and chefdennis are right, they are just badging differences, since 2010 Sprinters are only sold in North America by Mercedes and Freightliner dealers.
A major difference from an expediter viewpoint might be the Sprinter 2500 (single rear wheels) chassis vs the Sprinter 3500 (dual rear wheel) chassis. The Sprinter 2500 (both 144" and 170" wheelbases) has a GVWR of 8550 lbs., the Sprinter 3500 has two possible GVWRs: the XB3 option with a 9990 lbs. GVWR and the standard 11030 lb. GVWR. I'm told this means you don't have to carry a commercial logbook for a van under 10000 lbs GVWR.
